Melinda is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an M.Ed. in Special Education. She works to empower disabled individuals and ensure their opportunity to become valued and impactful contributors to their communities.

Sophia is dedicated to supporting young people in need of a little bit of support as they learn and grow. From preschools, to home ABA programming to pediatric healthcare, Sophia has learned a wide range of strategies for helping young people to develop needed skills.
